Co-Presidents Ellen Burstyn and Al Pacino were at their respective Q&A‘s, as was Sally Field. The series was part of the inaugural season at the Academy Museum. He fell in love with #12 and adopted him: a pointer mix named Oreo.
To be a queer movie star in the golden age of Hollywood meant you’d better live a lie or get the hell out. Fake marriages, separations, both men and women paid the price. Their story has never been told. Until now.
